North Lincolnshire Multi Faith Partnership



The North Lincolnshire Multi Faith Partnership was established in 2000 - a joint initiative between North Lincolnshire Council and the Churches Together Forum.  

The Partnership includes members of all the major faiths and representatives from key organisations including representatives from both public and voluntary bodies in the North Lincolnshire area.  

The purpose of the partnership is to:


  • Provide a forum for exploring faith issues.
  • Develop dialogue between within faith communities.
  • Promote mutual respect and understanding amongst people of all ages faiths and beliefs.
  • Help raise awareness of faith and faith issues amongst the whole community.
  • Encourage and educate faith communities to work for the benefit of society.
  • Aid understanding and tolerance within all age groups.
  • Challenge all forms of discrimination and injustice against persons or people, particularly on the grounds of religious belief
